If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@magncup.com.
1. For non-customized products, cancellation is possible before the item is shipped.
2. For customized items, cancellations are only possible if the production process has not started.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
1. The product is defective or damaged during shipping.
2. The customization is incorrect due to our error.
3. You are unsatisfied with a non-custom item, and it is unused, in original packing, and in resaleable condition.
Note: Custom or personalized products that are correct and undamaged cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange?
Please email us at support@magncup.com with the following information:
1. Your full name and order number
2. Reason for the return or exchange
3. Clear photos of the item if damaged or incorrect
Our team will guide you through the return steps.
1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. We recommend using a tracking shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
3. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days, and issued via your original payment method.
Note: Any payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal) are non-refundable unless the issue is our responsibility.
Our return address will be provided after your request is approved. Please do not send returns to any address listed on your shipping label.
